Cooking is great!
Cooking requires patience, perseverance and work, but it it mostly a way to share, meet people and keep learning. A recipe has thousands of flavours, colours and ways to be cooked, each and every one of us will have its own preference. I would love to share new ones with you.
What i love about this “art” is that it is open to anyone. You get to discover amazing people; gourmets, food lovers, epicureans and it bonds us all together.
I started working for a french charity called “banque alimentaire” and other local associations. Then, I went and learned from some of the best french chefs. Every year I would discover a new Michelin-star restaurant and cook for one week with the chef, it was a dream come true.
I now have my own catering and cooking company CHEF CHEZ VOUS 76 and I organise weddings, cocktails, team-building for companies, cooking classes, diners at home, etc.
